What we do

The right person, first time

A good switchboard is more than technology. It is the switchboard operator who knows who is in, who is in a meeting and who can answer instead. With the right tools, calls are put through quickly and correctly.

We offer Trio Enterprise from Enghouse Interactive, and we are an Enghouse Interactive partner. Trio is built for switchboard operators and agents, connects to most communication platforms and integrates with calendars, presence and CRM systems.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about attendant consoles and diversion status

What is the difference between an attendant console and diversion status?

The attendant console is the switchboard operator’s tool for answering and transferring calls. Diversion status shows where a colleague is and when they will be back, and can be set from the calendar. Trio shows both in the same view.

Can staff manage their diversion status in Teams?

Yes. Trio User is available as a Teams app, where staff can see their colleagues’ presence and manage their own diversion status and voicemail.

Does it work with our PBX?

Trio can connect to most PBXs. Diversion status and line status need support in your particular PBX, so we check this in the assessment.

What happens outside office hours?

A speech-enabled auto attendant can take calls around the clock. With spoken diversion messages, callers hear when the person is back and can choose voicemail, a mobile or another answering point.
